A 5-week course in the Wim Hof Method led by Thomas Magnussen - a fantastic experience! I've gained a tool to connect more with myself and use it in my daily life because it's so concrete. I have a relaxed and calm feeling inside after doing the breathing exercises. For a period, I had trouble breathing all the way down into my abdomen. I was too busy. I had read that cold-water swimming was healthy for the body on various levels. It helped with stress, inflammation, and triggered endorphins. So, I started with Wim Hof through Thomas in early January. Both to improve my ability to breathe into my abdomen and to get "pushed" to start my cold-water swimming. That course is the best thing I've done for myself. I have found a completely different inner calm. And better grounding. AND I cold-water swim every 2nd day and stay in the water for 3 minutes now. It really gives me a lot. SO, if you're looking for "it," I really think you should contact Thomas. You'll be damn happy...
