At Thomas Magnussen, all prices are in Danish Kroner and exclude VAT and taxes. We reserve the
right to change prices without prior consent. Sold out items are subject to availability

Payment

Thomas Magnussen accepts payment via VISA-Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, MobilePay, and Bank
Transfer. Payment is deducted immediately upon ordering.
Statement of Personal Responsibility and Health Condition for Participation in Thomas
Magnussen’s Courses and Events
All activities are performed safely, correctly, and in accordance with applicable regulations.
However, we cannot assess the health risks that may be specific to each participant.
If you have any particular health challenges that you are aware of or concerns about, it is
recommended that you consult your own physician. Participation in courses and events will always
depend on your own decision and whether you consider yourself fit to participate. Participation
will always be at your own risk.

will not hold Thomas Magnussen responsible for any health-related consequences.”
By receiving this booking confirmation, the disclaimer is accepted in full. Objections should be sent

HEALTH DECLARATION

“I hereby declare that I have been sufficiently informed in advance about the information
regarding the activities and that I am in good physical and mental condition. I cannot hold Thomas
Magnussen responsible for injuries and/or harm resulting from participation in any of the courses
and events offered by Thomas Magnussen. My participation is entirely at my own risk.”

Photograhy and Publicity

I grant permission to the organizers of the Event to use any photographs, videos, or other media taken of me during the Event for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes.

Delivery

Delivery occurs when you participate in the ordered course, either physically or online.

Refund

If you regret your purchase, you will naturally receive the amount you have paid to us minus a small transaction fee. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Fees will not be refunded.

When ordering courses, workshops and course programs, you may have the full amount refunded up to 48 hours before the course og workshop begins. For retreats and weekend courses, you have full withdrawal rights up to 30 days before the retreat or course begins. Hereafter the right to receive a refund is void.
If an event is canceled, the payment will, of course, be refunded, and the amount will be
automatically credited to the payment account used.
